  1. This Help system provides you with easily accessible information on using Address Book Plus™.  It covers all of Address Book Plus’ major features and menu options.  Any information that is not covered here is discussed in the manual.

  3. Help is divided in two parts:  Part 1: General Topics and Part 2: Menu Commands.  General Topics presents a series of discussions on using the main features of Address Book Plus.  The topics are listed in alphabetical order.

  5. Part 2: Menu Commands is a quick reference on using the commands on the Address Book Plus menus.  They are listed after the General Topics, in the order in which they appear on the screen.

  7. To view Help, choose Help from the Apple menu or press Command-?.  (If you have an extended keyboard, you can press the Help key.)  The left box contains an index to the Help system; the right box contains the selected topic.

  9. Use the left scroll bar to scan the index.  Click the topic or command on which you need Help.  A main topic may have subentries, which are indented and arranged alphabetically under the main topic.
